Overview

Our approach

Going public changes a company for good. Its accounts, its board decisions and even its silences become matters of public record, and the obligations continue long after the first day of trading. We advise issuers, selling shareholders, underwriters and investors on equity and debt offerings, from the first readiness review through the prospectus, regulatory approvals and admission to trading. Our work also covers bonds, sukuk and securitisation, as well as the setup and documentation of investment funds. After listing, we help companies meet disclosure duties, manage transactions with related parties, and handle the rules on share buybacks, tender offers and changes of control. Where a deal is cross-border, we coordinate with counsel in other jurisdictions so the local and foreign documents fit together.
