Mostafa El-Aseel is a Counsel and heads the firm's Corporate Investigations department. He leads internal investigations inside companies into suspected misconduct, fraud, conflicts of interest and breaches of company policy or the law.
He plans each investigation with the client, reviews documents and records, interviews employees and sets out the facts and legal position in a clear report, so the company can take its decisions and corrective steps on a sound basis.
