Not every dispute should end in court, and not every dispute can be settled. The value of early advice lies in telling the two apart. When a conflict arises, we start by assessing the client's position honestly: the strength of the evidence, the likely cost and duration, and what a judgment would be worth once obtained. From there we pursue the route that serves the commercial goal, whether that is negotiation, mediation or litigation before the Egyptian courts, including the economic courts. We act in contract, partnership, banking and real estate disputes, and we seek urgent measures to preserve assets or evidence when time matters. Once a judgment is obtained, we see it through to enforcement, because a ruling that cannot be collected is only half a result.
